Boinc server fails to restart

We just tried restarting milkyway and are getting the following errors when trying to run the start, stop or status scripts. None of the regular services (except for the webpage) are working.

Fix

We have seen this problem before, boinc has a stale and empty state file. Simply delete run_state_milkyway.xml under /export/share0/www/boinc/milkyway and now boinc is running again.
