HOWTO

Access Ecartis

Launch Ecartis https://ruralroute.cs.rpi.edu/lsg2.cgi
first_time_user.png

First time users

  • If this is your first time using ecartis
    • A password will need to be assigned to your ecartis login
      • enter your email address
      • leave the password field blank,
      • click [Click here to Log in].
    • An email verification message will be sent to your account.
      • Subject: Web Authorization Code
      • From: RPI Computer Science ListServ
      • Use the information to confirm/register your email address
    • Change your password
      • After logging in scroll down, on the right hand side will be a password change box.

Subscribe to a mailing list

Unsubscribe from a mailing list

Request a new mailing list

User flags for a mailing list

Administer a mailing list

Subscribe a user on a moderated list

  • Select a list from the scrolling menu on the left
  • Click [Select List]

  • Click the [Admin Menu] button
  • Insert user email addresses, one per line in the Users to Subscribe line
  • Click [Subscribe Users]
